We are on-site during business hours to make sure you are taken care of! We are able to receive parcels and mail while you are not in the office.

LPEC is located at 2502 N Clark Street (Between Fullerton and Wrightwood) in front of the Walgreens Pharmacy, next to many neighborhood businesses, cafes and coffee shops. Tenants and guests enter a sunny elevator lobby, secured by a camera intercom system at street level, leading up to a private lobby on the second floor.

In addition to mail delivery, parcels may be received by our management office, even when our tenants are not onsite.

Office tenants may reserve and use the large conference room, which is ideal for presentations, meetings and events.

ACO Commercial is a real estate brokerage firm that is the parent company to Illinois Property Management Group. 2502 N. Clark has been home to our firm for about six years, and we love it! We were the brokers that listed and sold the building for the previous owner, after Lincoln Park Market was closed and Walgreens moved in, and we liked it so much we relocated here!
We started our careers in large firms, and quickly realized that there was a void in the market for private investors working with deals $500,000 to $25 Million. Our firm is designed to represent the interests of those clients and give them the right advice always.
We list and sell commercial properties (apartment buildings, warehouses, retail, office buildings, land, etc.), typically $500,000 and up. Our typical client can be anyone that has an interest in real estate. Perhaps a family member that owns apartment buildings looking to retire, an executor or attorney that needs to sell property for an estate, or a friend that owns a business and needs to sell or buy property, these are some client scenarios to name a few.
