We are on-site during business hours to make sure you are taken care of! We are able to receive parcels and mail while you are not in the office.

In the Heart of Lincoln Park
LPEC is located at 2502 N Clark Street (Between Fullerton and Wrightwood) in front of the Walgreens Pharmacy, next to many neighborhood businesses, cafes and coffee shops. Tenants and guests enter a sunny elevator lobby, secured by a camera intercom system at street level, leading up to a private lobby on the second floor.

Wi-Fi is made available for all office tenants, or optionally arrange for private service from Xfinity or RCN.
MAIL & PARCEL SERVICE
In addition to mail delivery, parcels may be received by our management office, even when our tenants are not onsite.

Office tenants may reserve and use the large conference room, which is ideal for presentations, meetings and events.
NEARBY RETAIL

Stephanie Rosen earned a BS in Accounting from University of Illinois (1993) and a JD from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law (1996). Ms. Rosen practiced law for six years at both transactional and litigation firms. In 2006, she was hired by Premier Management Services, Inc. At Premier Management, she manages the sale and lease processing for the properties currently in Premier’s portfolio. She prepares worker’s compensation audits as required by the insurance companies and acts as a liaison with the accountants as they prepare the year end financials. In addition, she assists with the payroll for the properties, various bookkeeping functions, and aides the property managers, as needed. As such, she is an integral part of the Premier Management Services team.
